We stayed at a hotel with amazing staff and clean rooms, which were equipped with all necessary amenities. the rooftop dining area provided a great view of the city. the service offered was impeccable, and they ensured we didn't lack anything. Breakfast and coffee were delightful, and the facilities were excellent.

Had a family Christmas at a hotel that was very tidy and had everything we needed. The location was super handy to all the main attractions and shops without being loud at night. We especially enjoyed the convenience of coffee in the morning and the friendly and helpful staff. A great bonus was the stunning view that we could enjoy while having breakfast.

Our experience was quite uneven. While some of the staff were great, others were quite unprofessional and almost rude.
